The nervine tincture is our sleepy time blend.  It contains herbs that have traditionally been used to relax the central nervous system enough to induce sleep.  It may also be useful for muscle tension, headaches, nervousness, and insomnia.

Contains: Hops (Humulus lupulus), Valerian (Valeriana spp.), Skullcap (Scutellaria spp.), Betony (Pedicularis centranthera). Caution: Do not use during pregnancy.
